1. Product Information & Sizing Disclaimers

We make every effort to display our home organization products, dimensions, materials, and colors as accurately as possible. However:

• Dimensions: Standard DEKAVA under sink organizers measure 15" D × 8" W × 13" H with approximately 10.3" bottom clearance. Because plumbing, sink basins, and cabinet hinges vary significantly by household, customers are responsible for measuring their available cabinet space prior to ordering.
• Colors & Finishes: Screen displays may exhibit slight color differences compared to physical items in natural indoor lighting.
• Availability: Products and pricing are subject to change or temporary stockouts without prior notice.

2. Purchases & Third-Party Merchant Platforms

DEKAVA routes certain customer purchases through authorized retail channels, including the Official DEKAVA Amazon Storefront. When you purchase through Amazon or another third-party platform, the purchase is subject to that platform's respective checkout terms, shipping policies, and payment terms in addition to DEKAVA's quality standards.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, product designs, photography, video demonstrations, and layout architecture—is the proprietary intellectual property of DEKAVA Home Organization and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Reseller Program & Commercial Accounts

Authorized resellers approved via our Reseller Program must comply with wholesale minimum order quantities, brand guidelines, and authorized sales channel agreements. DEKAVA reserves the right to terminate reseller authorization if brand standards or minimum advertised price (MAP) terms are violated.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEKAVA, its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from improper assembly, overloading beyond structural limits, cabinet plumbing leaks, or misuse of storage products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product at issue.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
